The SC-Water of the SurfaceCleaner-100 is a cleaning solution with an oxidizing agent content of 100 mg\/L and a pH of 8.5. The oxidizing agents support the cleaning performance, as they attack the dirt (organics) on surfaces and - supported by the pH of 8.5 - remove them and thus make them easy to wipe off. Ordinary tap water is channelled through a specially modified softener where it is decalcified.
The water decalcified in this way is enriched with SC-Salt in the main device - the SurfaceCleaner-100 - and then undergoes electrolysis using boron-doped diamond electrodes. This creates a cleaning solution called SC-Water.
This process is started by pushing the button of the SurfaceCleaner-100.
