Today, the company is our exclusive sales and service partner for WCD2 in Switzerland. pro aqua is responsible for the technology, product development and WCD2-specific expertise, while Schnell Medical handles local sales, service, maintenance and logistics.
The two companies are an excellent professional fit. Schnell Medical has been active in the Swiss healthcare sector since 1989, with expertise including cardiac surgery, clinical perfusion and cardiology. Its field staff have medical training and many years of practical experience. An in-house maintenance and repair team, a dedicated service workshop and local warehousing in Switzerland complement this expertise.
For hospitals, this primarily means short communication and service pathways. Sales, technical support, maintenance and logistics are handled locally by one partner. For WCD2-specific questions, pro aqua remains directly involved. Annual training helps keep product and application knowledge up to date.
