Customer service and quality, as well as the continuous improvement of our products and processes, are important components of pro aqua’s corporate philosophy. Due to our wide product range, feedback from our existing customers is equally diverse.
This time, we wanted to focus on our B2C segment and therefore examined our smallest cell. So, we asked our aquarium fresher owners and conducted a survey. Among the participants, two Amazon vouchers totaling €200 were raffled as a thank-you for their responses.
The survey results showed that the Aquarium Fresher is an “all-rounder” product that should not be missing from any tank. It is used by our customers in tanks of all sizes, including 50, 100, 200, 300, 450 liters, and larger than 450 liters.
It was also pleasing to see that the Aquarium Fresher is used both in species-specific tanks, such as for crayfish and shrimp, aquatic turtles, and discus fish, as well as in "mixed," non-species-specific tanks.
For nearly 90% of customers, the Aquarium Fresher has been successfully in continuous operation for several years; about 10% of participants were new customers with less than one year of use. When asked about satisfaction with various attributes such as design, usability, quality, or service from the pro aqua team, quality and usability clearly scored highest, closely followed by service, with a rating of “very satisfied.
We also received very positive feedback regarding areas of the product where adjustments can still be made to further improve the overall impression, customer service, quality, and the overall value for money.
