Let's connect

SurfaceCleaner-100

The SurfaceCleaner-100 is a fixed wall installation that is connected to a water pipe (tap) and produces a cleaning solution, called SC-Water, by means of electrolysis.
The SC-Water can then be removed directly and immediately via a nozzle, like at a gas station.

The main component of the SurfaceCleaner-100, which is attached to a wall, is 400/220/550 mm (l/w/h). The softener, which is connected to the main component via flexible hoses, is 320/520/670 mm (l/w/h) and is placed on the ground below main component.

The SurfaceCleaner-100 can be installed anywhere there is a load-bearing wall, a fixed level floor, a tap water inlet and an electrical connection.

No, a SurfaceCleaner-100 may be plugged directly into a normal socket with 230 V AC and does not need any special connection.

A SurfaceCleaner-100 installation and setup must be done by a technician.
In daily use, the SurfaceCleaner-100 does not require any special equipment: just tap water, salt and electrical energy.
Depending on the amount of SC-Water produced, you only need to check the level of SC-Salt in the water softener and add it up if necessary.

The SurfaceCleaner-100 contains no components that will wear out quickly. Therefore, there is no special need to schedule short-term maintenance intervals.
However, a regular check at intervals of approx. 6 - 12 months is recommended. Consultation with the respective dealer or directly with pro aqua diamond electrode production GmbH is advisable.

The SC-Water of the SurfaceCleaner-100 is a cleaning solution with an oxidizing agent content of 100 mg/L and a pH of 8.5. The oxidizing agents support the cleaning performance, as they attack the dirt (organics) on surfaces and - supported by the pH of 8.5 - remove them and thus make them easy to wipe off. If stored correctly (dark and cool), the SC-Water can be kept for at least 5 weeks without reducing its effectiveness.

Ordinary tap water is channelled through a specially modified softener where it is decalcified.
The water decalcified in this way is enriched with SC-Salt in the main device - the SurfaceCleaner-100 - and then undergoes electrolysis using boron-doped diamond electrodes. This creates a cleaning solution called SC-Water.
This process is started by pushing the button of the SurfaceCleaner-100. As much SC-Water as is currently needed is produced on demand within seconds and can be filled into any container.

The SC-Water of the SurfaceCleaner-100 can be filled into any standard container or container for cleaning agents such as spray bottles, buckets, floor cleaning machines, canisters and much more.
The SC-Water is suitable for cleaning in industrial, private and public areas.

It is recommended to produce only as much SC-Water as needed for the upcoming cleaning. In general, the SC-Water can be stored in a cool environment and without direct sunlight for at least 5 weeks without losing its effectiveness. If too much SC-Water has been produced or if SC-Water is no longer required, it can be disposed via the sewer without hesitation.

The cleaning performance of the SC-Water is confirmed with the ATP-measurement, which is primarily used in the food industry to determine the cleanliness of surfaces.
The SC-Water has undergone extensive practical tests in nursing homes, universities and hotels and has been compared with standard cleaning agents via ATP-measurements. In not a single test carried out was the SC-Water worse than conventional cleaning agents, on the contrary, in almost every test it performed many times better than the standard agents.

No, the SC-Water of the SurfaceCleaner-100 cleans without the addition of other cleaning chemicals. The SC-Water is free of foaming agents, fragrances or dyes, phosphates, surfactants, alcohol or other additives that are harmful to the environment and health.
However, the SC-Water may not be mixed with acids!

The SC-Water cannot be used as a descaling agent because it is alkaline (pH 8.5). Thick layers of fat, such as those found in fish and meat processing or in the roasting and deep-frying area of an industrial kitchen, cannot be removed with SC-Water either.

The SurfaceCleaner-100’s SC-Water is suitable for cleaning all solid, not porous and flat surfaces such as floors, glass, walls, machines, handles, brackets, banisters, buttons, handrails, sanitary facilities, bathroom fittings, workstations, workbenches and many others.
It is suitable for all materials such as glass, laminate, plastic, ceramics, stainless steel, aluminium, PVC, wood, natural stone, rubber and painted surfaces and has even been tested on marble.

For safety and for sensitive surfaces, we recommend, as with any conventional cleaning agent, to carry out a spot test on an inconspicuous area before using it on a large area.

No, the used SC-Water from the SurfaceCleaner-100 can be disposed of via the sewer at any time. There are no special regulations to be observed or measures to be taken.

No, handling the SC-Water of the SurfaceCleaner-100 is not dangerous. As with any cleaning agent, the SC-Water should not get into the eyes of the cleaning staff and should never be used as drinking water. For long-term use, wearing suitable work clothing, e.g. gloves, is recommended.

The users of the SurfaceCleaner-100 do not need any special training, but should receive a short instruction how to bring the SurfaceCleaner-100 into operation with the following 4 steps:

  1. Open tap water
  2. Switch on the SC-100's main switch
  3. Push START-button for production
  4. Use pipe to fill SC-Water into container
A detailed explanation can be found under technology.

The price to be quoted for a liter of SC-Water produced is mainly determined by the cost of buying or renting the SurfaceCleaner-100. The costs for water, SC-Salt and energy are negligible.
In any case, the price for 1 liter of SC-Water is below €1/litre, even if it is used rarely. Please contact us for calculations according to your application.

No, do not mix it with acidic cleaning agents. The SC-Water has a basic pH of 8.5. Acidic cleaning agents shift the pH value from 8.5 to the acidic range (pH <7). From a pH value of <5, chlorine gas is released.
